Tim oversees projects, business growth, and employee management at Lake City Restoration, assisting David, the owner, with various tasks as needed. With 16 years of experience as an insurance adjuster specializing in large loss claims for both commercial and residential properties up to $10 million, Tim brings extensive expertise to his role.

Additionally, he has 5 years of experience working with restoration contractors and holds IICRC certifications in smoke and fire, odor, and water damage.

Tim also holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, further enhancing his ability to contribute to organizational growth and success. He values working for an owner who genuinely cares for both employees and clients and appreciates being part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement and doing things right.

Tim takes pride in his IICRC certifications, his track record of helping organizations grow and succeed, and his resilience in returning to work after a traumatic brain injury.

Fun Fact: Tim has been married to the same wonderful woman since July 1986 and loves spending time in the great outdoors.
