Todd Fairchild

As the Project Manager at Lake City Restoration, Todd oversees the rebuild portion of projects to ensure that all work meets client expectations. With 35 years of experience as a licensed general contractor, Todd is well-versed in coordinating complex restoration efforts.

He is also a certified water technician and brings additional expertise from his previous role as an operations manager for a restoration company, where he worked for four years.

Todd appreciates the family atmosphere at Lake City Restoration and values the company’s commitment to client care and timely project completion. He takes pride in his achievements as a successful business owner, father, and grandfather.
